Company Overview:

Our client, based in Keysborough, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. With over 13 years of industry expertise, they specialise in electrical services and currently hold a team of 20 skilled electricians. They are known for delivering exceptional quality across a range of projects, including commercial, office towers, industrial (including data centres), and have strong client base that includes CSL.

Role Overview: Looking for a proactive Project Manager with expertise in switchboards / pumps and manufacturing processes. This role requires overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive project timelines, manage documentation, and maintain strong relationships with tradespeople and clients.

This role offers the chance to transition from a larger corporate setting to a hands-on role where you can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, including both larger-scale and smaller-scale assignments
• Oversee project execution across commercial, office towers, and industrial sectors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints
• Act as a key liaison between tradespeople, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the electrical and industrial sectors
• Electrical trade by background
• Strong knowledge of switchboards / pumps and manufacturing processes
• Ability to effectively manage project documentation and reporting
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
