The Roster

Enjoy flexible rosters designed to fit different lifestyles:

• Shift Patterns: 8/6 or 2/2 rosters, including both day and night shifts.
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts.
• Travel Options: FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie.

The Role & Location

As a Drill Fitter, you will support operations across the Goldfields region and site workshops, focusing on Sandvik Rhino or Epiroc Raise bore drills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Diversity: Work on various projects in the Kalgoorlie region.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and fit parts.
• Technical Support: Address breakdowns, perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and deliver technical support.
• Team Structure: Collaborate within a small team of 3, including a Drill Fitter, supervisor, and operator.
• Accommodation: Provided at motels or on-site camps, depending on project location.
