The role

Full time position, supporting and working closely with our Project Managers whilst managing our H&S requirements. The role will include, but is not limited to, coordinating and carrying out project administration such as building approvals and certifications and being the voice of the company when it comes to managing our OHS systems and process. This position would suit a talented individual who is ready to sink their teeth into a new challenge and grow within a company who support professional development and growth. Coupled with your ability to prioritise and organise and your willingness to learn, this role will see you be the key instrument in ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to budget and all health and safety of the business is adhered to.

You will

  • Have high level project administration experience in construction or similar
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
  • OHS experience in the construction/fitout industry or similar
  • Experience using OHS Systems such as BuildPass
  • Manage job tracking quotes and invoices
  • Assist with preparing and distributing project materials and equipment
  • Work in a team environment whilst managing your own daily workflow
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and external customers/clients
  • Manage and maintain our internal IMS (Integrated Management System) in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 international standards
  • Maintain and assist with induction systems with clients of the business
  • Oversee our internal OHS system including maintaining policy, procedures, forms in accordance with our IMS, uploading and managing project paperwork, undertaking site audits and reporting on KPI's
  • Provide guidance and support for safety needs, Asset System, Asset Maintenance, Safety Administration Tasks
