Senior Estimator

• Up to $120k per annum; Managing a team of 3 Estimators
• WFH flexibility - 2 days per week
• Experience in Bluebeam highly advantageous

About the role:
Our client, a supplier of steel to the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead their Sydney-based estimating department. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and competitive quotes for steel supply projects. This role involves managing a small team of estimators, working closely with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency across all projects.

Skills & experience:

• Extensive experience in estimating within the steel supply industry
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior estimating role with a proven track record in managing teams and projects
• Strong understanding of steel products
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam preferable)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive can-do attitude!
