The role:
An opportunity for an experienced trade qualified cabinet maker to move into a semi off the tools role and lead a team in a factory supervisor / junior foreman position.
Joining a supportive and long-standing team within a national commercial joinery company.
About you:
- Must be trade qualified with a minimum of 5 years in the trade.
- Lead by example and provide support to others in the factory.
- Team leading experience preferred.
- Be able to communicate effectively with others in the team.
- Be a problem solver with a professional approach.
- An eye for detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
- Be willing to learn and take feedback onboard.
