The role:

You will provide financial, administrative and clerical support; completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments and processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

• Receiving and processing of invoices.
• Match invoices to authorising purchase orders and proof of receipt.
• Obtain payment approvals for invoices.
• Enter all supplier invoices into the financial software.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
• Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoices.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated Accounts Payable and Administrative experience within a building, property development or construction environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar discipline (desirable)
• Knowledge of Databuild (preferred)
• Knowledge of OnSite Companion (preferred)

*This is a full time role based in the office.
