The Site & Roster

Located in their office in Brisbane, you will be working full-time (38 hours) on a Monday to Friday roster. Once settled, there will be opportunities to work from home up to 2 days a week.

The Role

Reporting to the EHS Manager, the key focus of the EHS Analyst is to provide statistics and data analysis as well as maintain EHS subscriptions and systems to support key EHS processes and reporting.

You will work on and maintain a variety of EHS systems to ensure integrity of data, subscriptions, and reports. Your duties will include:-

  • Production of monthly and ad hoc EHS statistics / reports from the global database, Power BI and other systems
  • Ensure the integrity of data on the database and other systems
  • Maintaining the company EHS intranet pages to ensure they are up to date and relevant
  • Maintain and develop the EHS SharePoint sites as well as external subscriptions
  • Support company HSE programs in accordance with corporate policies and/or applicable regulatory requirements
  • Update documents and training materials to support company programs

Your skills and experience:

You will be an experienced Data Analyst within the EHS space, ideally within the mining or heavy industry sector. You must have:

  • Relevant university qualification or demonstrated industry experience
  • Reporting and data analytics experience
  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, Powerpoint and basic database management
  • Expert skills in Excel including pivot tables and lookups
  • High organization, prioritization and time management
  • Self-motivation with demonstrated initiative
  • A high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity
