Human Resources Business Partner - Melbourne

About the company

A leader in the Victorian Civil Construction Industry, the company provides a broad range of construction services for the Private Sector as well as Federal, State and Municipal Government Departments and Agencies. They are looking for an experienced HR practitioner to join their team.

About the role

The successful candidate will be a genuine business partner with a deep knowledge of HR systems and processes. They will be responsible for developing HR strategies and initiatives, providing specialist advice to the Leadership Team and leading organisational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on all day-to-day employee matters
• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Manage the annual performance review process
• Develop and maintain HR documentation
• Lead wellbeing initiatives and team-building events
• And more!

Qualifications

• Experienced HR practitioner with a proven track record in construction companies
• The ability to build on a strong foundation to continuously improve
• A personal commitment and passion for providing employee care, growth and performance
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to constantly learn and develop
