About the Role

Opportunity to join a tight knit team in their Adelaide office as a Repair/Claims Coordinator. As part of your role you will be responsible for the management of insurance repair projects from the point of authorisation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully manage a portfolio of allocated jobs
• Organisation, scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects working with key stakeholders to deliver jobs to time and budget
• Management of contractor and supplier invoices
• Provide a high level customer service
• Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates

About You

• 1 years experience within the Building Industry
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Expert organisation and time management skills
• Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build both internal and external relationships
• Proven skills in construction for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
• Capacity to excel in high tempo environment with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
