Seeking an experienced WH&S Advisor for a reputable residential builder in Sydney's South-West.

About the company:

Our client has been producing single storey, double storey, and dual occupancy homes in Sydney for the past 25 + years, building over 350 + homes across NSW annually. This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.

This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a highly experienced WHS Advisor to join the team. This is a fulltime permanent role based in south-west Sydney.

About the role:

• Attending residential new home construction sites
• Conduct site WHS audits and inspections to ensure Site Managers and contract workers are adhering to WHS legislation
• Auditing and generating reports through safety app
• Rectifying any minor works on site
• Reporting to Construction Manager and Building Manager

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Must have a WH&S Certificate
• Experience in the residential building industry as a WH&S Advisor
• Strong past tenure with employers
• Good knowledge of safety standards and codes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work with volume
• High attention to detail
