The Company

As one of Australia's most successful builders, this company is only getting busier due to an increasing head count they are looking for a motivated Estimator to join their busy estimating division.

The Role

• Attend site to inspect, accurately assess and report on causation
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, clearly defining repair requirements and methods.
• Liaise with contractors/suppliers to assist with preparing high level cost breakdowns and detailed repair structures.
• Have a detailed understanding and experience in the construction process, critical inspection points, permit requirements and WHS requirements

What do you need?

• Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven experience within the Estimating space
• Strong techincal skills
• A genuine passion and drive to succeed within in the building industry
