The Role
As a Contract Administrator Cadet, working closely with a dedicated team of two, you will play an integral role in various aspects of contract administration:
- Ensuring timely and accurate contract execution and administration
- Help prepare commercial quotes and tenders, playing a key role in our project success.
- Monitoring contract compliance
- Assisting the team in handling variations and claims
- Supporting dispute resolution processes
Key Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management (desired) OR Proven record as a Junior Contract Administrator or working on Commercial Construction Projects
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
