My client is a leading subdivision contractor in Melbourne with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various subdivision projects across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Report on project status to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of subdivision development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
