We're looking for an Experienced Site Manager to head up a large Childcare Centre development in the North with associated retail units
- - Opportunity to work on a brand new Childcare centre build in the North
- - Well known Apartment and Commercial Builder on projects up to $50m
- - See a project through from the start with plenty of work in the pipeline
- Strong background in structures and interiors, with experience in delivering projects over $10 million.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, time, and budget.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid construction industry certifications and licenses.
