Our client is a boutique design studio with a niche focus on high-end, class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Their aim is to create and develop projects that will enhance the lives of their clients with a focus on high quality interiors and finishes. They have a strong focus on fostering individual development and growth, and promote a collaborative working environment by involving their designers throughout each stage of the project.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Architect who is experienced leading high-end and luxury residential projects from design concept through to construction. You will collaborate directly with the Principal Architect and the client to produce economical, functional and practical spaces.

Duties

• Preparation of architectural drawings from concept to construction using Revit
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment in an all round capacity
• Liaise with relevant authorities and specialist consultants (such as council, engineers, planners and building surveyors)
• Examine relevant acts, regulations, codes and standards in the course of undertaking project documentation
• Developing a brief with client input, taking into consideration buildability, materials and the environment
• Site inspections during construction

Skills & Experience

• Masters of Architecture
• Minimum 4-5 + years local post graduate experience in an Architectural Practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Prior local experience with high-end Class 1 projects (Class 2 experience may be considered)
• Comprehensive understanding of BCA, NCC and regulations
