Sales & Design Consultant

Seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to work collaboratively with internal Architects and Designers to customise your customers dream homes.

• Thursday - Monday working week based in Turramurra
• Bachelors or Diploma in Building Design or Architecture
• High-end residential builder; strong sales incentives and commission structure

About the Company:

Our client is a high-end residential builder with a niche focus building bespoke, architecturally designed homes for over 10 + years. Having won a multitude of awards in the residential sector, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Sales and Design consultant based in Turramurra.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about sales and design. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal Architects and Designers to customise your clients dream home. The ideal candidate will have a background in drafting or design with experience across new home sales.

Day to day duties will include:

• Initial concept design with client and customers
• Be pro-active in working new leads and the existing client database
• Manage your sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
• Conduct walk-through's and home demonstrations for prospective buyers
• Guide customers through design, tendering and council approval process until contract signing
• Build a profitable database of customers
• Read and interpret site plans, technical drawings, contour plans and estimates
• Tender and contract presenting

What You Need:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Building Design or Architecture
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as a Sales Consultant in the residential space (either with a builder or developer)
• Financially and target driven, self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Exceptional presentation with strong verbal and written communication
• Comprehensive market knowledge
• AutoCAD skills highly desirable

The Benefits:

• OTE between $200K - $250K annually including base + comms
• Strong sales incentives and commission structure
• Thursday - Monday working week
