FIFO Underground Auto Electrician

Join an UG mine currently in development, working on small crews on an 8:6 roster. OEM training and development opportunities.

• FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
• Initially a days only 8:6 roster, that will eventually transition to an 8:6/7:7
• OEM Training and progression opportunities

The Role:

As an Auto Electrician, you'll join a collaborative maintenance team. Reporting into the maintenance foreman, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting surface workshop tasks, including PM work, fault finding, installs, and general maintenance (approximately 70% of duties)
• Performing underground field service duties (approximately 30% of duties), including breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, servicing, and Sandvik Automine installs/testing/configuration.
• Working with various machinery, including Sandvik drills, boggers, trucks, Epiroc drills, Normet charge-up equipment, and LVs.

Situated in WA, this underground site offers stability and comfort; Enjoy exceptional amenities in the camp, such as a gym and a swimming pool plus a modern and well-equipped workshop on site.

The Roster:

Conveniently located just a 1.5-hour flight from Perth, the site offers a lifestyle 8:6, 7:7 roster, with charter flights available.

Your Profile:

We're seeking a trade-qualified Auto Electrician with 1-2 years of experience in civil, road transport, or agricultural sectors, light or heavy. Key attributes include:
