Customer Coordinator – Pre-Site

My client is seeking a detail orientated individual, who considers themselves to thrive within the technical aspects, and has prior experience in the domestic building industry.

About the company:

My client is a well-known and established volume builder in Victoria, who build approximately 1,200 homes each year. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a customer service professional to join their evolving team.

The Role:

Manage the pre-site process:

• Managing a large client portfolio, incl approvals and reporting
• Liaise with new and existing clients throughout the sale and pre-construction
• Be responsible for the application of both town planning and occupany permits
• Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
• Facilitate developer approvals as required
• Maintain a exceptional level of customer service

To be successful you will need:

• An emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
• 2+ years of pre-site coordination experience
• Advanced technical knowledge and skills
• An end to end understanding of the permit application process
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multi task
