Company Summary:

I have partnered exclusively with a national organisation with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and Australian commercial market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects more than $250m+, specialising in the commercial project market.

After a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2028 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients and is now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth and project wins. Large commercial project valued at $150m.

The project is full resourced with a SCA, CA, Document Controller, Assistant PM, and Client Liaison Manager (with a strong, existing relationship with the client).

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Specialising in a diverse range of projects including commercial, industrial, retail, health, government, apartments, and much more. A diverse range of new build project experience is advantageous.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 7 - 10 + years of experience
• Previous experience completing projects over $100m+

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 7-10 years industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $150m+
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
