The Company

This builder is one of Queensland's most awarded Home Builders, they have achieved these accolades by focusing on and delivering a range of well-priced, high quality single and double storey homes to South East Queensland. They have an impeccable design range and very advanced internal systems. This particular company are delivering around 200 homes per year.

The Role

Reporting into the Studio Manager, you will be working out of their beautiful design studio based in head office.

The Rewards

  • Negotiable salary based on experience

The new role will involve:

  • Gain approvals, make appointments and resolve client issues
  • Generally 3- 4 colour appointments each week
  • Advise clients on potential upgrade options and assist them in making informed choices with regard to the merits and value of products offered
  • Utilise the Design Studio to enhance the process and promote products from preferred suppliers.

What you need

  • An interior design qualification
  • Previous experience working for a Project Homes builder OR supplier (5 years + is ideal)
  • Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Open, approachable and friendly personality
