The mine site and roster

With an excellent relationship with the principal miner and working with a long contract on site the contactor offers the following rosters;-

• 8:6 - day shift only - FIFO from Perth
• 2:2 - days and nights - FIFO from Perth
• 2:1 roster - days and nights - FIFO Perth
• Permanent private room accommodation
• FIFO in company time (50% of the time)

The duties and team

You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team on site with a great culture. Reporting into the leading hand on crew you will be responsible for;-

• Servicing and breakdowns both in field and workshop based
• Technical support to maintenance team
• Performing scheduled maintenance
• Machinery - Sandvik drills, loaders, trucks, Volvo ITs

Your skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, accompanied by Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• Knowledge of Sandvik UG drills
• Have an eagerness to continue developing in the UG hard rock mining sector
• Have an excellent attitude towards work and learning new skills
• Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
• Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Prioritises safety as a number one
• Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
