About the Role:

An enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator is needed on a 3-4 month contract. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with the HR, recruitment and talent team, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
  • Greet and assist new employees, making them feel welcome from day one
  • Handle multiple tasks at once, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Manage onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with different departments to support the onboarding process
  • Provide a positive and seamless onboarding experience for all new employees

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business/HR or related field (recent university graduates are encouraged to apply!)
  • Experience in an administration role where organisation, proactivity and autonomy is valued
  • Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional time management skills
  • High attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a natural ability to connect with people
