The opportunity:

You will utilise your skills in an established, strong team culture, and enjoy:

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring the best candidates are attracted to their team. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, working closely with managers and HR to meet hiring goals. This is your chance to make a real impact in shaping our workforce while honing your recruitment skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to final interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates, ensuring a great fit for the company culture
  • Utilize systems for tracking and managing recruitment activities
  • Maintain organization throughout the process, juggling multiple roles and candidates with ease
  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience from start to finish

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business/HR/related fields
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with some internal experience (agency backgrounds also considered!)
  • A passion for working with and helping people
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes at once
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage candidate data and reports accurately
  • Interviewing experience and a knack for identifying the best talent
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems to streamline recruitment processes
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
