Seeking an Accounts Administrator to join a luxury builder based in Rose Bay. Immediate start available, $75K plus superannuation.

About the Company

Our Client has been producing high-end, bespoke and luxury homes across Sydney for the past 30 + years and are committed to providing their clients with a high-quality product. As a business, they work with some of the most well-known architects and designers to build one of a kind homes across Sydney.

Due to growth, they are now looking for several Foreman to work across a portfolio of high-end renovations and luxury new builds in the Eastern Suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leading hand looking to take the next step OR an experienced Foreman and join a well-established and reputable business in a niche sector.

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join their growing team and work directly with the Financial Controller. This is an excellent role for someone looking to work for a reputable business with a strong company culture.

Duties

• Preparing and managing the fortnightly and monthly billing cycle
• Approving sub-contractor progress claims
• Assisting the Project Management team with overseeing work flow
• Resolving supplier enquiries
• General office administrative duties
• Maintain stakeholder relationships
• Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc accounting duties from time to time

Skills & Experience

• Ideally seeking a graduate with 12-18 months experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
• Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded
• Excellent presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to support various management teams and key partners in the business
