Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make a difference? I'm seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager to join a well-established T2 mechanical contractor with 20 years of industry experience. You'll head up a small, dynamic construction team, driving success and innovation in their projects.

• Lead a Talented Team: Oversee a collaborative group of designers and estimators, guiding them to deliver innovative HVAC solutions.
• Drive Project Success: Take charge of all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Influence and Innovate: Your ideas will directly shape projects and processes, making a significant difference in thier operations.
• Manage Procurement: Play a key role in procurement, ensuring the right materials and resources are sourced effectively to support project goals.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement processes to secure high-quality materials while managing costs.
• Implement strategies that enhance service and maintenance across residential and commercial projects.
