This is a well established Melbourne-based air-conditioning contractor, specialising in high-density residential and commercial projects. They collaborate with major builders in the Melbourne area and excel in full in-house design and installation. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager who can hit the ground running and make a significant impact.

Role Overview:

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing a high-performing service department focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to work closely with the director, who is looking to share their expertise. You will also have the chance to participate in profit sharing, directly benefiting from the department's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a service department.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational processes.
• Lead by example and create a collaborative team environment.
