We're looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join a growing commercial refurb and fit-out business within the hospitality space

  • Opportunity to join a fast growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor
  • Work in complex structural alteration environments
  • Mentored by the two directors of the business

We're looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join a growing commercial refurb and fit-out business within the hospitality space. Opportunity to work on complex structural works

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design management and coordination
  • Budget Estimate and reporting
  • Tendering
  • Client coordination and liaison
  • Site variation and design change.
  • Site Establishment and planning
  • Construction coordination and management

Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration
