We are now looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead key projects and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

Role Overview:
As the Plumbing Project Manager, you will oversee medium-density plumbing projects across Sydney. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, coordinating teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple plumbing projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timelines are met
  • Liaise with builders, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and handle variations
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits, and coordinate with supervisors and tradies
  • Problem-solve on-site issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing industry or a seasoned foreman ready for your next step.
  • Background in managing medium-density residential or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, techniques, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and variations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to rural areas
  • Plumbing trade qualifications are essential.
