The Company
Our client is a well-established leader in the plumbing industry, known for delivering high-quality services across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team and ensure the successful completion of jobs on time and to the highest standards.

The Role
As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of plumbers and apprentices
• Overseeing day-to-day operations on multiple projects
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Planning, scheduling, and allocating resources effectively
• Problem-solving and resolving any on-site issues
• Providing training and mentoring to junior staff
• Ensuring jobs are completed within budget and on schedule

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid plumbing trade qualification (Cert IV preferred)
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Strong knowledge of NSW plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach to managing sites
• Current driver's licence and White Card
