The Company

With a growing portfolio of projects, they are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

The Role
As a Project Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to project managers and supervisors
• Assisting with project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports
• Coordinating communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Maintaining accurate project records and tracking project timelines
• Managing invoicing, timesheets, and procurement processes
• Organising meetings, site visits, and project-related events
• Supporting the preparation of tenders and bids
• Handling general office duties and responding to project-related inquiries

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in project administration, preferably within the construction or plumbing industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support project teams as needed
