The Role
As a Contracts Manager you will evaluate Head Contracts pre-construction, assessing their terms and conditions for legal compliance and risk factors.
- Thoroughly examine and assess Head Contracts pre-construction to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Assist in preparing subcontract terms and conditions for operational staff, by the company's contractual strategies
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
