About the Company

Our Client has been producing high-end, bespoke and luxury homes across Sydney for the past 30 + years and are committed to providing their clients with a high-quality product. As a business, they work with some of the most well-known architects and designers to produce one of a kind homes to Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Foreman / Site Manager to join their highly experienced construction management team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of trades and sub-contractors across high-end renovations and new builds ranging from $2M - $10M each.

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover
• Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis
• Weekly construction meetings
• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc.
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager leading luxury residential projects from commencement to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current drivers license
