Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Draftsperson with a strong background in custom residential projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ArchiCAD and possess at least 4 years of experience in drafting experience in the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Draftsperson, specifically in the residential sector.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is absolutely essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
