Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the residential sector to lead our drafting team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ArchiCAD and have a proven track record of managing projects and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the drafting team, ensuring high-quality drawings and plans are produced.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to define project requirements and establish design goals.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, ensuring adherence to client specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing mentorship and training to junior drafters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
