My client have been delivering top tier customer service and repairs in the insurance building space for the past 10+ years.
Due to recent growth they are looking for an experienced Repair Coordinator to join the team!
Lead by a passionate operations manager, this role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to make their own judgement calls and learn from mistakes.
About the role:
- Answering both inbound and outbound calls to the insured
- Keeping both the insured and the insurer up to date with the progress of their claim
- Schedule trades
- Work closely with the Supervisors
- Contract management
- Coordinate make safes where required
About you:
- At least 1 years experience in the role or similiar role in the insurance building industry
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team
- Not afraid to make decisions on your own
- Adaptable
- Can work with high volume claims
