About the Role:
The company is seeking a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand to join their team as their growing pipeline of work has created the need for this role. You will collaborate closely with another supervisor to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule. This position will require travel to various sites across Southeast Queensland and offers an excellent opportunity for a Leading Hand or Supervisor to take the lead in delivering successful projects.
With over 35 years of experience in Southeast Queensland, the company has built a strong reputation, and the owner remains actively involved in the business. From day one, you'll be overseeing projects with the support of an experienced, top-tier supervisor.

Current projects include:
- Bulk Earthworks
- Civil Drainage
- Commercial Site Preparation
- Residential Site Preparation
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the mobile plant earthworks employees and sub-contractors
- Supervising civil works as required
- Ensuring safe productivity and meeting daily targets, including planning of work activities
- Monitoring quality and ensuring as advised by engineers
- Identify and solve construction issues
- Monitoring progress of personnel and equipment requirements
- Daily costings
- Maintaining a high level of safety standards at all times including leading by example to encourage safe work practice
About You:
- years in similar role and well versed at running and delivering multiple civil projects simultaneously.
- C class drivers license
- Construction white card
- Relevant formal education.
