Opportunity for an experienced leader in the restoration industry!
My client are a passionate insurance builder originating in NSW and have recently broken into the QLD market ready to make waves.
From a national standpoint they are excited to role out an internal restorations arm to the business and are looking for an experienced leader in the restoration space to take charge of building this team!
The right candidate will be experienced in managing at either a state or national level within restorations and is motivated to grow the restoration side.
About the role:
As the National Restoration Operations Manager you will be building the restoration team from the ground up, with a heavy focus on bringing new business forward from a BD standpoint.
You will oversee multiple staff and their project outcomes, ensuring quality, timeliness and safety are up to standard.
About you:
Industry related experience is critical in this role.
Someone who has a presence in the industry/ has current relationships within the industry.
At least 2 years in a state or national manager/ operations manager position.
Able to bring in new job opportunities/ business development.
Strong technical knowledge.
