Part time opportunity for maintenance coordinator to work across sites across Brisbane & the Gold Coast.
- 6 month contract with the opportunity to be full time for the right person

About the role:
The role is a part time position, 2 days per week. Based within Brisbane CBD, but will include some travel to sites.
The role will be managing, coordinating and scheduling trades for any maintenance requests for residents across 9 different housing locations across Brisbane & The Gold Coast.
The role is not on-the tools, however, would suit someone who has previously worked within a trade and looking for something off the tools. It would also suit someone with a background in maintenance or property management.
About you:
- Must have your own vehicle and be okay with travelling to different site locations where needed.
- Strong computer skills, you will be using a management system to log and track any jobs, issues, complaints or completion of work.
- Good communicator and present professionally.
- Previous experience in similar role would be advantageous.
