About the company:
My client are a boutique insurance builder looking are looking for both junior and senior experienced repair coordinators to expand their team! They have a passion for their people and work with their team to help support them to achieve their goals.
About the role:
- Answering both inbound and outbound calls to the insured
- Keeping both the insured and the insurer up to date with the progress of their claim
- Schedule trades
- Work closely with the Supervisors
- Contract management
- Coordinate make safes where required
About you:
- At least 1 years experience in the role or similiar role in the insurance building industry
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team
- Not afraid to make decisions on your own
- Adaptable
- Can work with high volume claims
