We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Underground Shift Supervisors in the Underground Hard Rock Mining Space throughout WA. Your key duties will be to supervise the operations of underground mining crews and ensure that production targets are achieved safely. You can look forward to:

The Mine Site and Roster

The contractor has a strong relationship with principal miners and holds long-term site contracts, offering:

• 8:6 / 7:7 - dayshift to night shift - FIFO from Perth
• No back-to-back room sharing
• Modern camp with full facilities
• FIFO on company time (50% of travel time covered)

Your Skills and Experience

With a background in operations or engineering, you'll also need:

• Previous experience supervising crews of around 10-15 operators
• Current WA Shift Supervisor Ticket
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• A drive to foster an environment of growth and development
• A collaborative personality and proven team leadership skills
• A commitment to safety as your top priority
