A very busy, well established new homes builder in Perth is in need of someone confident and experienced in Archicad drafting to join the team.

• Salary based on experience $80k-$90k + Super

A very busy, well established new homes builder in Perth is in need of someone with 2+ years Design experience, and confident in Archicad drafting to join the team.

The Role:

• Single and Double Storey homes
  
  
• Reporting directly to a highly knowledgeable and likeable Drafting Manager

• Preparation of construction level drawings including necessary variations

• Amend drawings to suit client's request or to comply with council conditions

What you need:

• Complete understanding of Building standards, construction and codes
  
  
• Previous experience working for a residential builder
  
  
• Certificate in Drafting & Design/Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent
  
  
• Experience in Archicad
