We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex retail fitout projects. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure project alignment.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in managing retail fitout projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
