The role

⭐It is crucial that the successful candidate has proven experience handling clients from contract signing through to slab pour with a project home builder ⭐

This role will be working alongside the Customer Service Manager as their 2IC and right hand person and senior support.

• Variation preparation and presentation
• Prepare documentation & liaise with relevant councils & surveyors to arrange building approvals
• Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
• Conduct follow-up calls when required
• Follow up Finance approvals and ensure deposits have been arranged.

To be successful you will need

• Building & construction experience in a Pre-Site role is essential 6+ years
• Exceptional time management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
• Clickhome experience
• Down to earth attitude and hard working nature
