About the company:

Based on the Gold Coast this privately owned company has been growing at a rapid pace over recent years. The company has a highly experienced and knowledgeable leadership team that has your learning and development front of mind.

Projects:

The company has a strong interest in Road projects to Council, RMS & TMR specifications across QLD and NSW.

Duties:

• Helping to manage the project in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Assisting with cost tracking & financial reporting on your section of works
• Build relationships with subcontractors.
• Planning and coordinating onsite construction activities.
• Ensuring OH&S procedures are always implemented.
• You will be responsible for supervision of works and managing specialist subcontractors.
• Completing Quality Assurance - ITP's, method statements, etc.
• Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and the creation of a safe working environment.
• Maintain daily site records.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Experience Delivering Civil Infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing budgets and forecasts.
• Familiar with WHS and environmental legislation.
• Exposure to preparation of contractual claims and variations.
