My client is a national builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects more than $30m+, specialising in the commercial construction new build & fit out sectors

After a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2027 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients and is now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Specialising in a diverse range of projects including education, retail, health, aged care, community, commercial offices, and much more. Strong fit out experience is advantageous.

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in fit out projects.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $2m - $30m+
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
