Our client is a boutique design studio with a niche focus on high-end, class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Their aim is to create and develop projects that will enhance the lives of their clients with a focus on high quality interiors and finishes. They have a strong focus on fostering individual development and growth, and promote a collaborative working environment by involving their designers throughout each stage of the project.

About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Architect who is experienced leading high-end residential projects from the initial interior design concept through to the finishes stage. You will collaborate directly with the Lead Architects and the client to produce economical, functional and practical spaces.

Duties

• Participate and attend client consultation and design meetings
• Working alongside the Lead Architect to formulate a design that incorporates the meets the client's and architects design principles
• Production of renders and drawings
• Production of FF&E schedules
• Preparation of documentation and final drawings for approval
• Ongoing collaboration with suppliers
• Assisting with interior styling and selections (furniture, art, fixings and finishes etc.) as required

What You Need

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Interior Architect (or Architect) working local high-end residential projects
• Proficiency with Revit and Enscape
• Prior experience with material and finishes selections will be advantageous
