Master Electrician

Currently a growing business based in Perth. We are looking for a Master Electrician to join the team to develop and grow along with the business

We are on the hunt for a Master Electrician, I have attached a pack that outlines what we are looking and please see below key points that aren't covered in the attached:

1. This is a scalable role and it is important that this is reiterated to applicants to ensure they are not misguided in any kind of way. By scalable, we mean that they will begin as the only revenue generator (on the tools showcasing best practice) and as the business grows and employs more Electricians, they will scale themselves off the tools into a sole management & quoting component. Happy to share business goals which he can elaborate to clarify a projected timeline.
2. You will see in the attached that I have laid out progression for the right candidate with an opportunity for 'buy-in' down the track as we grow

Must Have's:

1. An Electrical Contractor's licence is a must with a view that this might be used as the nominee of the company if required in the future. At the moment we have this covered, but a back up option will be required.
2. Leadership experience of a team of electricians
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry
4. Completed works on commercial and/or industrial projects
5. Positive network & connections in Western Australia

• The role comes with a fully stocked vehicle (GPS fitted for asset protection), uniform, phone allowance and most importantly…..development
• The salary is 100k-150k + Super
• We are a reactive maintenance company and steer clear of project/new build work, generally.
• We are a data driven business and use an app on site to derive the job data. This is important to note to the applicant to ensure they have experience in this space or value it. I.E. Inputting all supplies into jobs when on site, checking in when travelling and on site to track efficiency, inputting accurate works undertaken descriptions to allow timely invoicing from the office.
