Your role will include

• Organising and planning projects to meet critical deadlines
• Managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning to completion
• Monitor and manage project budgets
• Delivering projects to a consistent high standard ensuring, safety, quality and profitability
• Managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors
• Reviewing and approving project deliverables, including design drawings and specifications
• Delivering D&C projects including the ability to liaise with consultants to ensure best outcomes
• Procurement of materials
• Submission of monthly progress claims and variation quotations
• Communicating with project stakeholders to build on strong established relationships
• Implementing and monitoring our safety processes including risk assessments and SWMS
• Using job management software (JMS) including Simpro, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Being a positive mentor for our electrical workers

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role
• Simpro & Bluebeam experience advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of the electrical and communication standards and regulations
• A strong affinity for numbers and analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Current QLD Electrical Licence
• Current QLD Drivers Licence
• Current White Card
• CPR/LVR Certificate
