Company Summary:

I have partnered with a well-known builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and Australian market spanning over 30 years of proven success delivering projects more than $50m+, specialising in the commercial project market.

Ater a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2027 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients and is now hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Specialising in a diverse range of projects including commercial, industrial, retail, health, education, community, and much more. A diverse range of new build project experience is advantageous.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5+ years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
