We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Drafter/Architect to join an exciting client of ours in the residential construction industry in Adelaide. As a Senior Drafter/Architect, you will play a key role in designing and drafting high-end, custom million-dollar plus homes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the high end space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be apart of the drafting process for multi-million-dollar residential homes.
• Work closely with the team to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and meet client expectations.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit software.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and best practices in residential construction.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project needs and incorporate their vision into the design.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural drafting and design within the residential construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit software is a must.
• Extensive experience working on high-end, luxury residential projects valued at $1 million or more.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
